Katerina has been cleaning for us for 3 years now and I would not hesitate to recommend her. She is a very reliable and consistent cleaner. She takes pride in our flat and is always happy to take on additional tasks when requested. I do not feel I have to give detailed instructions, Katerina just gets on with it to a high standard. I do not often see Katerina as she cleans while we are at work, but on the odd occasion when I am home I look forward to seeing her as she is a very friendly, kind lady.
